    OUR BEGINNING

    We were born with Talentchef, helping hotels and restaurants find the talent they needed. From the very beginning, Antonio de Juan championed a way of working rooted in proximity, care, and the ambition to do things right — laying the foundations of what would eventually become littleBIG.

    FROM DREAM TO REALLY

    The project grew with our first office at Kempinski Hotel Bahía. Antonio took another step in building our own structure, understanding that growth meant doing so with discernment, attention to detail, and coherence.

    WE ENVOLVED

    That year marked a natural leap: clients were asking for more than talent. We discovered our essence in designing complete solutions that bring together operations and emotion.

    A NEW MILESTONE

    We began working on large-scale projects for HIP and Barceló, leading for the first time the full F&B conceptualization of entire hotels. We demonstrated vision, strategy, and execution across every phase.

    WE LOOKED TO THE WORLD

    The global context opened doors to the Caribbean and Latin America with Hard Rock Hotels, where we developed F&B concepts and repositioned brands. Driven by Antonio’s international vision, we stepped beyond Europe and confirmed that our model could grow anywhere.

    WE GROW WITH VISION

    We expanded our team to include strategy, design, and technical project expertise. With Iberostar and Marriott, we learned to approach every project as a coherent story from beginning to end.

    GROWTH AND CONSOLIDATION

    With the opening of our Cancún office, we took a step toward a fully integrated vision. littleBIG began to take shape by connecting every layer of hospitality with purpose.

    INNOVATION AND RECOGNITION

    Growing demand led us to create Tailors and open our Madrid office. That year, we participated in the first all-inclusive resort by Ritz-Carlton, consolidating our international vision.

    BREAKING LIMITS, CREATING OPPORTUNITIES

    littleBIG expanded its reach with Alia (architecture) and laChismosa (communication & PR). Through collaborations with St. Regis and Hyatt, we strengthened our integrated approach to create memorable experiences from every detail.

    With Guinda (interior design & FF&E) and Libo (F&B Asset Management), we consolidated our 360º group vision. Today, we operate in more than 20 countries with over 50 brands, continuing to grow with the same intention: creating projects with soul and purpose.

    SCALING OUR 360º VISION GLOBALLY

    This year, we accelerated our international expansion, establishing an active presence in the United States, Canada, MEA, and APAC. Under the leadership of Antonio de Juan, we strengthened littleBIG’s structure as an integrated ecosystem, consolidating strategic alliances and expanding our ability to connect architecture, design, F&B, operations, and communication across markets. The 360º model is no longer a promise — it has become a global reality.

    littleBIG was born as the natural evolution of a career built within international hospitality.

    After years of developing projects across the most demanding segments of the industry, Antonio de Juan chose to give global structure to a way of working that was already delivering results: integrating vision, strategy, and execution under one direction.

    With a presence in more than 20 countries and a structure that connects architecture, design, gastronomy, operations, and communication, the group reflects his conviction that the future of hospitality requires coherence,cross-disciplinarity, and a long-term perspective “Small by choice. Big by purpose.” defines that duality: an agile structure with a broad vision. Proximity in approach, ambition in impact.
